G.S.T. is applicable on all purchases.   Ontario residents will be charged P.S.T.

Privacy Policy

RopeArmour will not use private customer information such as name, address, phone numbers, email address or credit card information for any other purpose other than payment processing.   We will not make public any of your contact information in any way.   Credit card information will not be kept on file.

Shipping Policy

All items shipped by RopeArmour will be done by ground service Canada Post unless otherwise specified and must be paid at time of purchase.   We will not send any product C.O.D. and all product will take a minimum of 4-6 business days in Canada and a minimum of 6-10 business days for U.S and international deliveries.   RopeArmour is not responsible if there is any delay in shipping which is not under our control.   RopeArmour is not responsible for lost or damaged product during shipping.   Shipping prices will be calculated at time of purchase depending on weight and size of order and where the package is being shipped.  

Return/Refund Policy

RopeArmour offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty.   Please see product package for details.   If you receive your device package and it has a manufacturer defect or missing parts, you must contact us within 3 business days for a replacement or return/refund.   If you are not satisfied with your device, please return it unused within 30 days.   Call first for more information.   Upon receiving your return we will process a credit on your credit card not including shipping and handling charges.   A package must be signed for as damaged to be considered for replacement, and the boxes must be kept for future inspection.   We will not accept items sent back C.O.D.
